Today, our specialists are providing all-out support to their Indian colleagues in the development of their nuclear power industry. The construction of an NPP of Russian design in India implies import of fuel assemblies of Russian manufacture.

I think that many countries should follow our example as we are providing our Indian partners with our intellectual potential. For example, presently, our engineers and scientists are teaching Indian constructors and they are doing everything themselves. As a result, India will get not only a very powerful NPPs but also personnel for construction of such facilities.
