On June 10 Rosatom Personnel Management Department held the first master class of the “Creators of Nuclear History: Unique Experience and Knowledge for the Future” series

The subject of the master class was “Nuclear Space Power and Propulsion Systems.”

The lecturer was Professor Ivan Fedik, the director general of Lutch SPA, the president of Russian Nuclear Society.

The key topic of the seminar was programs to design nuclear space power systems and the tasks of nuclear companies in this field.

Representatives of departments of Rosatom State Nuclear Energy Corporation and Atomenergoprom OJSC as well as post-graduates of Moscow Engineering Physics Institute attended the event.

The organizers are planning to conduct a whole series of master-classes under the general title “Creators of Nuclear History: Unique Experience and Knowledge for the Future” with a view to familiarize employees of Rosatom companies with the history of the national nuclear power industry, its traditions and personalities. The lectures will be given by well-known scientists and managers, particularly, participants in “the first nuclear project.” This series is considered to be a good way to form corporate culture and to revive the tradition of transfer of critical knowledge.
