Over 47bln RUR will be allocated in the next three years for nuclear and radiation safety in Russia

The draft federal budget of Russia has earmarked 47.5bln RUR for financing the federal target program “Nuclear and Radiation Safety in Russia in 2008–2015” in the next three years, reports a source from the lower house of the Russian parliament.

The source says that the financing will be steadily growing.

In 2009 the program will receive 14.9bln RUR, in 2010 – 16bln RUR, in 2011 – 16.6bln RUR.
