MSZ put a new galvanic line into operation

In the beginning of May OAO “Machinery producing plant” (Electrostal, Moscow region) a new galvanic line was put into operation.

It is installed on the base of the equipment of Galvour AB (Sweden), one of the leading producers of such an equipment in Scandinavia. From the ecological point of view it is necessary to say, that the line includes a modern complex of treatment facilities which are the only example in the territory of Russia. This makes it possible to minimize the loss of water (the water returns into operation after the treatment system) and to get an almost solid waste for deposition (about 30 kg per year).

The line provides the opportunity to perform alkaline galvanizing (Protolux with «blue» and «gold» passivation), dimensional solid chromizing (HEEF 25) and «cold» oxydation (Permablak). The efficiency of the equipment (1 ton per day) allows performance of the other industries? orders.

This technology of galvanizing increases the corrosion resistance of production, betters its appearance, reduces its cost and provides a good fire resistance.
