Bushehr NPP construction is not the only Russian-Iranian project

“Today, the key priority of the Russian-Iranian cooperation is the economic sphere, primarily, the construction of the NPP in Bushehr, ” says the head of Rosatom and the Co-chairman of the Russian-Iranian Commission on Trade-Economic Cooperation Sergey Kiriyenko

He believes that Russia and Iran should develop economic cooperation.

In his turn, the Iranian Co-chairman, Foreign Minister of Iran Manouchehr Mottaki notes that Russia and Iran enjoy accord and good cooperation opportunities in almost all spheres.

He says that Russia and Iran may develop cooperation on the cargo transportation via the North-South corridor and may interact on the opening of Dagestan-Azerbaijan route.
