Atomenergomash has bought 39.5% of SverdNIIKhimMash from private shareholders

Atomenergomash OJSC has bought 39.5% of the shares of the leading research and design institute SverdNIIKhimMash.

The purchase will allow the Federal Nuclear Energy Agency to manage over 90% of the institute’s authorized capital.

SverdNIIKhimmash is the leading research and design organization for producing equipment for nuclear power plants and waste recycling companies, equipment for desalination of sea and mineralized water and sewerage water treatment.
