In Jan-Dec 2006 Russian NPPs generated 154.6bln KWh, which is 4.8% more than in Jan-Dec 2005

VVER reactors produced 83.1bln KWh or 114.2% of 2005. RBMK, BN and EGP reactors produced a total of 71.5bln KWh or 95.7% of 2005.

On the whole the Russian NPPs fulfilled 102.5% of the annual plan.

Note:

Rosenergoatom comprises 10 NPPs with 31 units, whose total capacity is 23,242 MW. Of them 9 are VVER-1000, 6 — VVER-440, 11 — RBMK-100, 4 — EGP-6 and 1 — fast breeder reactor.
