Atomenergomash completes deal for purchasing controlling interest at EMAllaince-Atom

On Feb 2 Atomenergomash OJSC completed estimates on the purchase of 50%+1 stake at EMAlliance-Atom OJSC

The deal has been financed by a loan from Alfa-Bank OJSC.

Thus, Atomenergomash and EMAlliance have fulfilled their May 15 2006 agreement on the establishment of an EMAlliance-Atom holding.

To remind, EMAlliance-Atom was set up on the basis of ZiO-Podolsk (Machine Building Plant) and ZIOMAR Engineering, open JSCs belonging to EMAlliance: EMAlliance-Atom owns 78.6% of ZiO-Podolsk and 96% of ZIOMAR Engineering.

Atomenergomash (Atomic and Energy Machine Building Company) is part of Rosatom. The company designs, supplies, installs and repairs NPP equipment. The founder of the company is TVEL Corporation. Director General is K. Komarov.
