In Jan-Feb 2007 the Russian NPPs fulfilled 102.1% of the plan of the Federal Tariff Service

In Jan-Feb 2007 the Russian NPPs generated 26.969bln KWh: 96% of the index of Jan-Feb 2006 and 102.1% of the FTS plan for the period.

WWER NPPs produced 14.865bln KWh or 96.9% of Jan-Feb 2006, RBMK, BN and EGP NPPs — 12.103bln KWh or 94.8%,

The capacity factor of the plant made up 82%.

In Jan-Feb 2007 there was no single INES incident at the Russian NPPs just like in Jan-Feb 2006.

No safety limits were surpassed.

Presently, Russia has 10 NPPs with 31 units having a total rated capacity of 23,242 MW. Of the 15 reactors are WWER: 9 WWER-1000, 6 WWER-440; 15 RBMK reactors: 11 RBMK-1000 and 4 EGP-6; and 1 fast-breeder reactor.
