On Apr 6 the Financial Commission of Rosenergoatom summed up the results of 2006 and outlined the tasks for 2007

In 2006 Rosenergoatom produced 2.5% and issued 2.9% more electricity than was planned.

In 2006 the concern’s NPPs produced 4.8% and issued 5.1% more electricity than in 2005.
The Federal Agency of Nuclear Energy is satisfied with the results of 2006.

The key task of 2007 is the implementation of the Federal Target Program “The Development of the Nuclear Power Complex of Russia in 2007–2010 and till 2015.” 18bln RUR is to be spent under the project this year: on the construction of the 4th unit of Kalinin NPP, the 2nd unit of Rosatov NPP, the 4th unit of Beloyarsk NPP and Novovoronezh NPP-2.

Rosenergoatom operates 10 NPPs with 31 units and a total capacity of 23.24 GW.
