Rosatom continues implementing the plan for solving the ecological problems of Techa River and the social problems of the village and station of Muslumovo

On Apr 13 representatives of Rosatom and the Government of Chelyabinsk region will give a joint press-conference on the implementation of the joint plan for resolving the ecological problems of Techa River and the social problems of the village and station of Muslumovo

According to the fund for the resettlement of Muslumovo, a village that suffered from a defense project in the 1950s, 394 households have applied for resettlement: 96 have decided to move to the station of Muslumovo, 298 – to other settlements.

85 households have already concluded relevant contracts. Most of the applicants wish to move to settlements of Chelyabinsk region: 22 families to Kunashak and Kunashak district, 3 – to Sosnovsky district, 2 — to Korkino, 5 — to Kopeysk, 42 — to Chelyabinsk.

The cost of the new houses does not exceed the amount of the compensation provided to the Muslumovo families – 1mln RUR. 7 householders preferred to take the money (it has been transferred to their accounts).

A number of Chelyabinsk real estate agencies are actively helping the families in the process.
