By May holidays 120 Muslumovo families have bought new houses

120 families from Muslumovo, a village that suffered from a defense project in the 1950s, have bought new houses

The Muslumovo Resettlement Support Fund reports that, as of today, 120 households have made contracts: 61 families have bought houses in Chelyabinsk. Only 7 families have borrowed mortgage loans from banks, the rest have managed with the 1mln RUR compensation.

A total of 409 households have applied for resettlement, of whom 104 want to stay at Muslumovo station in new houses.

The construction of the new residential area at Muslumovo station will be started in late May. On May 16 Muslumovo residents can start preparing documents and concluding contracts for the new houses.

More detailed information about the construction will be presented on May 15 during a meeting of the Muslumovo residents.
