The President of the Olympic Committee of Russia thanks Rosatom for the ski complex of Kola NPP

President of the Olympic Committee of Russia, Alpine skiing champion of Russia L.Tyagaev has thanked the head of Rosatom Sergey Kiriyenko for the agency’s active involvement in social and sports programs and for its contribution to the improvement of the living conditions in the country. In his letter to Kiriyenko, he commends the agency for creating a modern ski complex at Kola NPP.

“This complex is an excellent opportunity for the Olympic Committee and the Federation of Alpine Skiing and Snowboard of Russia to train Russian sportsmen and to organize national and international contest,” says Tyagayev.

This year the complex has already hosted two rounds of the Cup of Russia, including the finals. The sportsmen were satisfied with the quality of the tracks and services. The organization was perfect and the management and personnel of Kola NPP had a big role in it.

It’s a pleasure to receive such compliments. This is the success of all people working at the plant and helping to develop the ski complex of Kola NPP.
