Vladimir Smirnov has been transferred to Atomenergoprom

On Aug 28 2007 Director of Atomenergoprom OJSC Vladimir Travin appointed Director General of Techsnabexport (AEP’s subsidiary) as his advisor.

First Deputy Director of Techsnabexport General Aleksey Grigoryev has been appointed as Acting Director General.
