Prime Minister of Russia has signed decree concerning nuclear energy

The Russian Government has instructed Rosatom to pay 23mln RUR to the IAEA extra-budgetary fund with a view to support the IAEA project on innovative nuclear reactors and fuel cycles.

Besides, Prime Minister of Russia Viktor Zubkov has instructed Vice Premier Sergey Naryshkin to sign an agreement on cooperation among the CIS countries in forming and exchanging information resources and creating and developing information systems in the field of peaceful use of nuclear energy.

The signatories to the agreement have the right to make just insignificant changes  to it.

The agreement on cooperation among the CIS countries in forming and exchanging information resources and creating and developing information systems in the field of peaceful use of nuclear energy was considered at the 35th meeting of the CIS Economic Council in Moscow on Sept 14.
