One more company joins Atomenergoprom

Energospetsmontazh has joined Atomenergoprom holding

Energospetsmontazh OJSC has joined the vertically integrated state-owned holding Atomny Energopromyshlenny Kompleks (Atomenergoprom). The holding has received 4,216 shares and has increased its shareholding from 0 to 53.8%.

At the initial stage Atomenergoprom will get the state-owned stakes in 31 nuclear power organizations, including the world’s leading companies – TVEL and Techsnabexport.

The holding is supposed to design, build, operate, maintain, modernize and repair reactors, sources of radiation and nuclear and radioactive material storage facilities; carry out research in the field of peaceful use of nuclear energy; introduce new technologies and innovative solutions; build, operate and maintain NPPs in Russia and abroad; produce electricity and heat; prospect mineral resources containing nuclear and radioactive materials; enrich uranium and other nuclear materials; design, produce and sell fuel assemblies; export and import products and services related to the use of nuclear energy.
