A number of employees of nuclear power industry have been granted state awards
President of the Russian Federation has decreed to present the following employees of the nuclear power industry with the following awards”
1. Konstantin Danilenko, the director-chief designer of Research Institute of Pulse Technique has been awarded the Order “For Services to Fatherland” 4th Class — for outstanding contribution to the development of nuclear weapons complex of Russia
2. Anatoly Kotelnikov, the deputy head of Rosatom has been awarded the Friendship Order — for outstanding contribution to the effective protection of nuclear facilities and state and commercial secret.
The following persons have been awarded Medal of the Order “For Services to Fatherland” 2nd Class:
3. Sergey Aleksashin, operator of Research Institute of Scientific Instruments – for active participation in the localization of Chernobyl accident.
4. Anatoly Antonov, researcher of Research Institute of Pulse Technique – for active participation in the localization of Chernobyl accident.
5. Yevgeny Dvoynishkin, head of New Project Department of Institute of Nuclear Reactors of Kurchatov Institute.
6. Igor Kozlov, senior engineer of Research Institute of Pulse Technique — for active participation in the localization of Chernobyl accident.
7. Sergey Krukov, deputy head of department of Dolezhal Research and Development Institute of Power Engineering – for personal contribution to the development of special reactor control systems.
8. Mikhail Kucheryaev, engineer of Research Institute of Scientific Systems – for active participation in the localization of Chernobyl accident.
9. Yuri Nefedov, the deputy director of Institute of Nuclear and Radiation Physics – for outstanding contribution to the development of physical and chemical methods for designing and testing of nuclear weapons.
10. Boris Stepanov, chief specialist of Ecoproject — for active participation in the localization of Chernobyl accident.
11. Viktor Titkov, head of Research Institute of Scientific Instruments — for active participation in the localization of Chernobyl accident.
12. Valery Tsarfin, deputy director for economy of Research Institute of Pulse Technique — for active participation in the localization of Chernobyl accident.
The following persons have been awarded Certificate of Honor of the Government of the Russian Federation:
13. Yevgeny Avrorin, research manager of the Russian Federal Nuclear Center – for outstanding contribution to the development of the nuclear weapons complex of Russia.
14. Alexander Nebogatkin, the deputy director general of Aileron – for outstanding contribution of the development of special systems for Rosatom and Defense Ministry organizations.
15. Sergey Onufriyenko, the first deputy director general of St.Petersburg Atomenergoproject – for outstanding contribution to the design of nuclear power facilities.
16. Erik Pozdyshev, the deputy director general of Rosenergoatom – for outstanding contribution to the development of the nuclear power industry.
The following persons have been awarded Order “Academician Kurchatov” 1st Class:
17. Yevgeny Avrorin, research manager of the Russian Federal Nuclear Center – for fruitful scientific work.
18. Ivan Kamenskikh, the deputy head of Rosatom – for outstanding contribution to the development of the nuclear power industry.
The following persons have been awarded the Order “Y.Slavsky”:
19. Viktor Khaprenko, the executive director of the Mortgage Crediting Fund of the Atomic Ministry of Russia – for outstanding contribution to the development of mortgage crediting in the nuclear sector.
20. Vladimir Rozhkov, the director of State Specialized Research Institute – for outstanding contribution to the development of the nuclear power industry.
The following persons have been awarded the Order “Academician Kurchatov” 2nd Class:
21. Alexander Agapov, head of Rosatom department – for outstanding contribution to the development of the Federal Target Program “Nuclear and Radiation Safety in 2008–2015.”
22. Valery Govorukhin, the deputy director general of Techsnabexport – for outstanding contribution to the development of the nuclear power industry.
23. Aleksey Grigoryev, the acting director general of Techsnabexport – for outstanding contribution to the development of the nuclear power industry.
24. Tigran Khachaturov, the deputy director general of Atomredmetzoloto — for outstanding contribution to the development of the nuclear power industry.
The following persons have been awarded the Order “Academician Kurchatov” 3rd Class:
25. Viktor Belyayevsky, the deputy head of the Personnel and Social Department – for outstanding work.
26. Viktor Shibko, the deputy director general of the Federal Property Management Center – for outstanding work.

27. Mikhail Bannykh, commander of submarine cruiser division N18 of the Northern Fleet – for fruitful cooperation with Rosatom organizations.

29. Aleksey Miroshnichenko, head of group N6 of division N12 of the Chief Department of the Defense Ministry of Russia – for active participation in joint projects with Rosatom organizations.
