”In 2008 we’ll start building one more strategic nuclear submarine,” President of Russia Vladimir Putin said during a live TV and radio linkup today.

He said that Russia continues building Vladimir Monomakh and Alexander Nevsky nuclear submarines. “We have grandiose plans and they are absolutely practicable. I have no doubts that we will do it,” Putin said.
