Eastern-Siberia Department of Federal Service for Financial Markets has registered issue of shares of International Uranium Enrichment Center worth 26mln RUR

The Eastern-Siberia Department of Federal Service for Financial Markets has registered issue of shares of International Uranium Enrichment Center worth 26mln RUR.

A representative of the Department explains that the stock will be shared between Techsnabexport and Kazatomprom 90:10. The nominal cost of one share is 1,000 RUR, the number of shares is 26,000.

The assistant for information policy of the director general of Angarsk Electrolytic Chemical Combine Alexander Teterin says that the center was established this spring and is located in Angarsk (Irkutsk region). The center is controlled by the International Atomic Energy Agency and is supposed to enrich uranium and supply it to third countries.
