Government amends charter of Atomenergoprom OJSC

Russian Government has amended the charter of Atomenergoprom

The charter was approved on June 6 2007.

The relevant decree was signed by Prime Minister of Russia Viktor Zubkov.

The following paragraph has been added to Point 22 of the regulations #432 «On Approval of the Charter of Atomenergoprom Open Joint Stock Company»: «The Company has the right to add to its shares 500,000,000 ordinary nominal shares worth 1,000 RUR each.»
