about the organization and conduct of an open public competition among public and non-profit organizations for the development and implementation of socially significant projects in the territory of Voronezh, Irkutsk, Kalningrad, Kursk, Leningrad, Murmansk, Nizhniy Novgorod, Penza, Rostov, Smolensk, Sverdlovsk, Saratov, Tver, Tomsk, CHelyabinsk and Krasnoyarsk regions

The organizer of the competition is the Federal Agency for Nuclear Energy.

Eligibility

Non-profit, public, ecological and cultural organizations registered in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and having the right to act in the territory of Voronezh, Irkutsk, Kalningrad, Kursk, Leningrad, Murmansk, Nizhniy Novgorod, Penza, Rostov, Smolensk, Sverdlovsk, Saratov, Tver, Tomsk, CHelyabinsk and Krasnoyarsk regions

Application, registration and selection procedure

For participating in the competition an eligible organization should file an application. One organization can file only one application per topic.

The application period is Dec 26 2007 – Feb 25 2008.

The submitted projects will be examined by a expert jury.

The list of the winners will be published on the web-site of the Federal Agency for Nuclear Energy. The winners will be notified by mail.
