Russian Government has approved general scheme for allocation of power facilities in the territory of Russia till 2020

The Government of the Russian Federation has approved the general scheme for allocation of power facilities in the territory of the Russian Federation till 2020.

The Ministry of Industry and Energy, the Ministry of Economic Development and Rosatom have been instructed to monitor the implementation of the program and to annually report on its progress to the Government.

The Ministry of Industry and Energy, the Ministry of Economic Development, Rosatom State Corporation and other concerned federal executive agencies are obliged to set up a relevant working group.

The Ministry of Industry and Energy, jointly with concerned federal executive agencies and Rosatom State Corporation, are also obliged to draft a plan of action for stimulating the inflow in investments in the energy sector of the Russian Federation and to submit it to the Government within three months.
