Unit 4 of Bilibino NPP restarted

On Mar 27 morning unit 4 of Bilibino NPP was restarted

The unit was stopped on Mar 26 at 08:26 PM because of the failure of one of the regulating elements. The defect had been removed by 02:45 AM  Mar 27. Presently, the unit is operating at minimum controlled capacity. 

The radiation background at Bilibino NPP and in the monitoring zone is within norm. Units 2, 3 and 4 are in service, unit 1 is under maintenance.
