The 1st strategic session of the personnel management services of Atomenergoprom OJSC is taking place at SCICET on Mar 26–28

The objective of the session is to determine the key priorities in the field of management of human resources, the structures and functions of the personnel management services, the formats of interaction between Atomenergoprom and its subsidiaries.

The session is being held by the director of the Personnel Management Department of Atomenergoprom S. Puchok and the deputy director of the Department L.Strutskaya.

Representatives of the personnel management services of 32 companies, including Rosenergoatom Concern, TVEL, NIIAR, are taking part in the session. Such meetings are an important and useful instrument for HR executives to coordinate their work with the general strategy, to learn about new technologies in the sphere and to exchange views and experience with their colleagues.

The key topics are the personnel management problems of Atomenergoprom, the principles of Atomenergoprom’s interaction with its subsidiaries under new conditions, efficiency management instruments, the competencies of HR executives, the values of Atomenergoprom and its subsidiaries.
