Nuclear power engineers take part in “Nightingale Warbles” international festival

21st International Festival of Art Song “Nightingale Warbles 2008” will take place in Kurchatov on May 30-June 1 2008

This year the festival is dedicated to the 65th anniversarty of the Battle of Kursk.

Rosenergoatom Concern actively supports the festival as an event propagating patriotism. Employees of several nuclear power plants will take part in the festival.

Nightingale Warbles has been held annually since 1989 with a view to establish international cooperation in the field of culture. Bards from Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and many other countries take part in it. The festival is very popular in Kurchatov and has become a real holiday of music and song for the local residents.
