Balakovo NPP has conducted a workmanship contest among laboratory workers of its chemical department

11 best workers took part in the contest.

The contest consisted of two rounds: theory (computer quiz on analytical chemistry, chemical analysis, chemical laboratory equipment and safety rules) and practice (analysis of control samples – the contestants had to calculate the concentration of a matter in a solution).   

Natalia Novikova was proclaimed the winner. Svetlana Khokhlovova was the second (last year she was granted the “Power Engineer of the Year” title) and Polna Scheglova – the third.

The winners have been nominated for participation in the contest among the laboratory workers of the Russian nuclear power plants.
