AECC hosts an international seminar

An international seminar of trade union leaders of nuclear, mining and power industries of France, Switzerland, Finland, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Russia took place at Angarsk Electrolytic Chemical Combine June 23–27

The parties exchanged experience, met with the managers of AECC and visited the Information Center of Rosatom.

They outlined and approved the prospects of their cooperation in providing social guarantees to employees of international companies, centers and firms; in supporting the further development of nuclear power engineering; in enlarging international interaction in the field of social security of energy workers.

During the meeting President of the World Council of Nuclear Workers Andre Maisseu highly evaluated the Russian model of social partnership and welcomed Russia’s initiative for creating an IAEA-controlled international uranium enrichment center in Angarsk.
