Beloyarsk NPP last week

June 23–29 BN-600 unit of Beloyarsk NPP operated at fully capacity

On June 24 the capacity of the unit was reduced from 600MW to 400MW following the detection of a problem in the rotation speed control system of one of the main circulation pumps.

On June 27 after the removal of the problem, the capacity of the unit was restored.

Last week Beloyarsk NPP operated safely and efficiently. The radiation situation in Zarechny and the buffer and monitoring zones of the plant was within norm.
