Leningrad NPP fulfills its annual plan

On Dec 5, 2006, Leningrad NPP fulfilled the annual production plan – 21.330bln KWh.

Since 2006 the plant gas generated 22.907bln KWh (as of Dec 27 midnight).

By the end of this year the plant is expected to produce 23.195bln KWh — 108.75% of the annual plan.

Since its launch LNPP has generated 711.990bln KWh.

Presently, LNPP has 3 operative units working at 3,092 MW total capacity.

The 4th unit is being overhauled. The repairs will last till Mar 2007.

No violations of safety limits are registered.

The radiation situation in the nearby area and the town of Sosnovy Bor is within norm and is 15 micro roentgen/hour.
