The heads of the press services of the big enterprises of Novosibirsk met at Novosibirsk Plant of Chemical Concentrates on Mar 28

The conference was organized by the Information Department of the Regional Administration so that the press secretaries could exchange experience.

The conferees visited one of the plant’s workshops and met with the NPCC director general V. Razin. He told them about the activities of the NPCC, the key results of the past year and the plant’s social programs.
