On Apr 20–21 Polyarniye Zori hosted 3rd International Tournament of Intellectual Games “Who? Where? When?” and “Brain Ring” among young nuclear power engineers
Teams of Kola, Kursk, Smolensk, Leningrad NPPs (Russia), Ignalina NPP (Lithuania) and Atomtrudresursy took part in the tournament.
The winner of “Who? Where? When?” was Dysnai team from Ignalina NPP. Kola NPP was the second, Leningrad NPP – the third.
The competition in the “Brain Ring” was really tough. “Brain Ring” is much more spectacular and venturous than “Who? Where? When?” It’s a face to face nervous fight of intellect and reaction: finding the right answer is not enough, you should be quicker in pushing the button. The quicker and wiser of all was PLIM from Kola NPP, the second was Dysnai (Ignalina NPP), the third Leningrad NPP.
“Brain Ring” and “Who? Where? When?” are not the only intellectual games. There are many other interesting games, for example, “Cheshire Cat,” and Alina Sheider from Dysnai was the winner. The best captain was Artyom Starostin (Leningrad NPP), the best player – Viktor Tkachev (KOMA, Kursk NPP).
