Atomstroyexport has taken part in NUCLEAR-2007 exhibition as part of the united Rosatom exposition
Atomstroyexport has taken part in the 7th International Exhibition of Nuclear Power Industry “NUCLEAR-2007” held in Shanghai on Apr 23–25. The exhibition was organized by China National Nuclear Corporation and presented over 20 companies from 20 countries, including China, France, the United States, Japan, South Korea, Spain, Ukraine.
The exhibition was opened by the chairman of China Commission of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense, the director general of China National Nuclear Corporation Kang Rixin. After the opening ceremony Rixin attentively watched the stand of Rosatom and Atomstroyexport. He pointed to the positive dynamics of China’s nuclear energy cooperation with Russia, particularly, to the active cooperation with Atomstroyexport under Tianwan NPP project. Attending the exhibition was the head of Atomstroyexport representation in Lianyungang A. Selikhov.
The Russian exposition, video presentation and advertising materials attracted many foreign companies and organizations, which were mostly interested in Atomstroyexport’s projects, the possibilities of cooperation in NPP construction and the peculiarities of the Russian technologies.
The participation in one of the biggest nuclear energy exhibition in Asia, NUCLEAR-2007, has helped Atomstroyexport to strengthen and enlarge its international contacts.
