May 14–20 2007 the BN-600 unit of Beloyarsk NPP operated at a capacity of 400 MW

One of the 200 MW turbine generators is being modernized.

No safety limits were exceeded. The emission of neutral radioactive gases made up 0.01% of the admissible level.

The radiation situation in Zarechny and in the 30 km zone was within norm. The radiation background in the town was 5.5 mR/h (0.055 mSv/h).
