A TACIS seminar “Organizational Changes Management Standard” started at Smolensk NPP on May 23 2007

The seminar is being conducted by AMEC NNC experts in the form of lectures, practical exercises, interactive sessions. The British specialists are demonstrating model changes that may take place at an NPP.

The participants in the seminar will be able to pass the acquired knowledge to their colleagues and to help their managers to make organizational changes and to minimize their possible impacts on nuclear safety.

The key objective of the seminar is to familiarize the SNPP personnel with the new organizational changes management standard which will be shortly introduced at the plant due to the planned reforms.

The seminar will finish on May 30.
