Employees of Novosibirsk Chemical Concentrate Plant are moving to a new house

On Aug 27 2007 the constructors of the ten-storied apartment house in 6th residential area of Kalinin district of Novosibirsk handed the director general of Novosibirsk Chemical Concentrate Plant V.Razin the symbolical key of the house.

The deputy mayor of Novosibirsk V.Federov and the head of the administration of Kalinin district Y.Kim were present at the ceremony. They pointed out the importance of NCCP’s housing policy for both the plant and the city.

The housing program of NCCP was launched in 2003. Presently, the plant is implementing two housing projects. Under the first project, the plant invests own money in the construction of houses and then sells them to its employees on a 10–15-year installment plan. Under the second one, the plant covers part of the interest on mortgage credits.

Such projects help NCCP to recruit highly-qualified personnel and to solve their housing and social problems. A total of 285 families have been provided with housing under the above-mentioned projects since 2004.
