Management game for synchronization of actions for the construction of unit 2 of Rostov NPP is being conducted at Volgodonsk NPP Sept 10–13

Director of Atomenergoprom V.Travin, his deputies S.Obozov and P.Schedrovitsky, acting director general of Rosenergoatom A.Lokshin, director of Volgodonsk NPP and the Department for the Construction of Rostov NPP A.Palamarchuk, director of the general contractor of the project, Nizhniy Novgorod Atomenergorpoject, V.Limarenko and representatives of the sub-contractor organizations are taking part in the game.

As a result of group discussions (concerning design, construction, installation, supplies, launch) and exchange of views, the conferees will adopt proposals for synchronizing the network schedule of the construction and the launch of the unit with the real activities at the site so as the contractor companies could do their work effectively and timely.
