Balakovo NPP is on Board of Honor

Balakovo NPP has been entered on Board of Honor of Balakovo Municipal District

It is the third time that the NPP is on the Board (2002, 2004 and 2007). In 2006 Balakovo NPP was proclaimed the best nuclear power plant in Russia. The plant greatly contributes to the social and economic development of the city and the district. In 2006 it transferred 603mln RUR to the city budget and 57mln RUR to the district budget. 

The ceremony of opening of the renewed Board of Honor took place in the framework of the celebrations of 245th anniversary of the city of Balakovo.
