Kalinin NPP receives a delegation from EDF

A delegation of Electricite de France visited Kalinin NPP on Sept 20

During their one-day visit the French experts met with the director of Kalinin NPP L.Martynovchenko and visited the plant’s machine halls and the control boards.

Martynovchenko told the guests about the start of the construction of the 4th unit of Kalinin NPP.

The head of the delegation noted that they could not but visit Kalinin NPP as the plant was a good example of cooperation between Rosenergoatom and EDF.

After the tour of the plant, the sides discussed the REA-EDF bilateral industrial project. The director of the project A.Lupishko told them about the course of the project.

The chief engineer of the plant M.Kanyshev expressed hope for further cooperation with EDF.
