Sept 17–23 2007 BN-600 unit of Beloyarsk NPP operated at full capacity

No incidents were registered at the plant last week just like this year. The emission of neutral radioactive gases made up just 0.04% of the admissible level.

The radiation situation in Zarechny and in the nearby area is within norm.

The radiation background in the town made up 5.5 mRh (0.055 mSVh).

On Sept 28 the BN-600 reactor will be stopped for planned refueling and 20-day inspection.
