A training course has been completed at Kalinin NPP under the Partner Inspections program

A three-day training course was completed at Kalinin NPP on Sept 26 under the Partner Inspections program.

The key objective of the seminar was to familiarize local specialists with the methodology of WANO partner inspections so they can use the knowledge while inspecting other nuclear power plants and assessing their own one.

The advisor of the WANO Moscow Center S.Vybornov says that the trainees have learned how to monitor the work of personnel and to interview them. The trainers have instructed the plant’s managers how to effectively evaluate the work of their employees.
