Final stage of Best Electric and Gas Welder 2007 contest starts at Kursk NPP

The final stage of the “Best Electric and Gas Welder 2007” contest has started at Kursk NPP

The winners of the preliminary contests at Rosenergoatom NPPs are taking part in the final.

The contenders are showing their theoretical knowledge and practical skills. The winners will be granted presents and awards.

The chief engineer of Kursk NPP Alexander Uvakin welcomed the finalists. He pointed out the importance of such contests as a good chance for repair personnel to improve their qualification.

The results of the contests will be announced on Nov 29.
