TVEL has organized concerts of young Russian pianist in the Czech Republic
Concerts of young Russian pianist Miroslav Kultyshev took place in Brno and Prague on Nov 27–28 in the framework of the Days of Russian Culture in the Czech Republic. In Prague Kultishev performed in one of the most prestigious concert halls of the Czech capital, Zofin Palace.
Czech politicians, businessmen and diplomats, particularly, Ambassador of Russia to the Czech Republic Aleksey Fedotov, attended the concert. Kultyshev played Tchaikovsky and Liszt.
Kultyshev was born in Leningrad in 1985. He graduated from Music College of St.Petersburg Conservatoire and now is a student of the conservatoire. He has won the silver medal of the International Tchaikovsky Competition 2007 and many other awards. He regularly appears in the best concern halls of Moscow and St.Petersburg.
For many years already the Russian leading producer of nuclear fuel, TVEL, has been actively contributing to the development of cultural ties between Russia and the Czech Republic by supporting the Days of Russian Culture in the Czech Republic. This year the Czech Republic has already hosted a Gala of ballet stars of Mariinsky and Musorgsky companies. In 2005 Russian dancers performed Don Quixote by Nikita Dolgushin. Czech media say that the festival has already become a good tradition in Russian-Czech cultural cooperation.
