On occasion of the Day of Power Engineer Leningrad NPP is honoring its best workers

On Dec 22 Leningrad Nuclear Power Plant is celebrating its professional holiday – the Day of Power Engineer. Today, two days before the holiday, the plant is honoring its best workers.

The honoring ceremony is taking place in the administration building of the plant: the director of Leningrad NPP V.Lebedev is presenting the best employees with Rosenergoatom Concern’s awards.

24 workers have been granted the title and badge «Veteran of Nuclear Power Industry» for long and conscientious service and outstanding contribution to the safety and efficiency of Leningrad NPP, 7 people have been granted Rosenergoatom’s silver medal, 19 people – Rosenergoatom’s Certificate of Honor, 10 people – Letter of Gratitude of the Director General of Rosenergoatom Concern.

179 workers will receive the award of the director of Leningrad NPP, 255 – his letter of gratitude.

On Dec 21 Leningrad NPP will conduct a sports evening: the best sportsmen, the winners of Rosenergoatom and LNPP tournaments and contests, will be presented with awards and certificates.

On Dec 22 well-known Byelorussian singers Yadviga Poplavskaya and Alexander Tikhonovich, “Hello Song!” ensemble from Moscow and other vocal and dance groups will give a concert for the employees of the plant.
