NIAEP FSUE has been reorganized into Nizhniy Novgorod Engineering Company Atomenergoproekt

In line with the decree of the Federal Agency for Federal Property Management, on Dec 18 2007 “Nizhniy Novgorod Research and Development Institute “Atomenergoproekt”” Federal State Unitary Enterprise has been reorganized into “Nizhniy Novgorod Engineering Company “Atomenergoproekt”” Open Joint Stock Company (NIAEP OJSC).

The company has been reorganized on the basis of the Apr 27 2007 decree of the President of the Russian Federation on the reorganization of the nuclear power industry of the Russian Federation and the May 26 2007 resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation on measures for establishing Atomenergoprom OJSC.

The only shareholder of the company is the Russian Federation represented by the Federal Agency for Nuclear Energy. In Jan-Mar 2007 the shares of NIAEP OJSC will be given to Atomenergoprom.

NIAEP OJSC is the legal successor of NIAP FSUE.
