OKBM granted certificate of All-Russian Competition “Russian Organization of High Social Efficiency 2007”

OKBM has become laureate of the 7th All-Russian Competition “Russian Organization of High Social Efficiency 2007” in Work with Youth nomination

Almost 1,000 successful Russian companies took part in the competition. Rosenergoatom Concern won the key nomination.

Its branches, Beloyarsk and Balakovo NPPs, became the laureates of Nuclear Industry nomination.

Volgodonsk NPP won the second place in Personnel Qualification and Training nomination, while Bilibino NPP was among the best in Medical Care nomination.

During the final meeting o the organizing committee, the chairman of the committee, the minister of finance of Russia A.Kudrin said that a successful company should work efficiently, pay worthy wages and have a big package of social benefits – so as to be attractive for its employees.

During the awarding ceremony in Moscow OKBM was represented by the deputy director for personnel and social security V.Ruchin and the chairman of the trade union Y.Khokhlov.
