Volgodonsk NPP has won in All-Russian Competition “Russian Organization of High Social Efficiency”

The awarding ceremony of the 7th All-Russian Competition “Russian Organization of High Social Efficiency” took place in the Kremlin Palace in Moscow on Feb 12 2008. The director of Volgodonsk Nuclear Power Plant A.Palamarchuk and the chairman of the plant’s trade union A.Soroka were presented with a certificate for victory in the Personnel Qualification and Training nomination.

Participation in this prestigious competition is an opportunity for a company to compare its achievements in the social sector with the achievements of other companies and exchange positive experience with the best organizations of the country.

Over 2,000 people attended the awarding ceremony this year: managers of companies, heads of administrations, scientists and public figures.

One of the key objectives of the competition is to disseminate the positive experience in the social sector. Volgodonsk NPP has big experience in the sphere. It is the second victory of the plant in the competition. In 2005 the plant was the first in the Remuneration and Social Benefits nomination.

All-Russian Competition “All-Russian Organization of High Social Efficiency” has been conducted every year since 2000. Its objective is to solve the social problems of companies and organizations, to demonstrate, encourage and disseminate the best experience in the sphere. The competition is open for all companies and organizations (irrespective of form of ownership and specialization) that meet relevant requirements. The organizers of the competition are the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade and the Ministry of Health Care and Social Development.
