A commission of Rosenergoatom Concern has inspected the personnel management system of Kola NPP

A commission of the Personnel Management Department of Rosenergoatom Concern has completed complex inspection of the personnel management system of Kola Nuclear Power Plant. Particularly, they checked up the plant’s compliance with the Labor Code and local labor rules, the work of the personnel department, the plant’s individual personnel training programs.

“We are satisfied with the personnel management work of Kola NPP,” says the first deputy head of the Personnel Management Department of Rosenergoatom Concern N.Karelin.

Particularly, the inspectors pointed out the efficiency of the plant’s program “School of Young Specialists” and its work to organize workmanship contests.

The commission comprised the first deputy head of the Personnel Management Department of Rosenergoatom Concern N.Karelin, the deputy head I.Denisov, the head of the Personnel Development Department N.Fyodorov and the chief specialist of the Personnel Training Department O.Shmakov.
