Kalnin NPP is hosting conferences with the participation of representatives of European Commission

Two conferences are taking place at Kalinin Nuclear Power Plant Feb 26–27 2008.

On Feb 26 representatives of the European Commission, Rosenergoatom Concern and Kalinin NPP discussed the on-site support contract in the framework of INSC program (Instrument for Nuclear Safety Cooperation).

On Feb 27 representatives of Rosenergoatom Concern, the European Commission, Technatom and its sub-contractors are discussing the course of the TACIS project to introduce new computerized information/safety panel system at unit 1.” Technatom is the supplier of the equipment. The system is supposed to be introduced in 2008–2009.
