On Feb 27 Kalinin NPP conducted traditional contest for employment of young specialists

11 graduates of Ivanovo State Power Engineering University – six of them have graduated the university with honors degree – have come to Udomlia to work at Kalinin Nuclear Power Plant.

Kalinin NPP and Ivanovov State Power Engineering University have strong friendly relations. Many of the present employees of the plant are former students of the university. Kalinin NPP organizes regular probation programs for ISPEU students.

The director of Kalinin NPP Leonid Martynovechenko welcomed the newcomers. He said that it was a crucial moment in their lives and pointed out that the plant offers wide career opportunities as today the whole nuclear industry is actively developing.

The new employees have been sent to the reactor departments of the 3rd and 4th units and the turbine department of the 1st and 2nd units.
