Unit 4 of Novovoronezh NPP will be stopped for seven days on mar 2008 midnight

The unit will be stopped for the repair of its steam generator.

Presently, units 3 and 5 of Novovoronezh NPP are operating at full capacity.

The radiation situation at the plant is within norm. The averaged radiation background in the nearby area is within the average natural background level typical of Central European Russia.
